2.99% Rate Offer CCM: First Texas Homes has secured promotional financing through CrossCountry Mortgage Branch 3861 (“Preferred Lender”) using a limited pool of committed funds. This financing is made available through a builder-funded forward commitment with additional lender-funded rate incentives. The promotional rate is available for a limited time until the pool of funds is depleted or the rate commitment expires, whichever occurs first. Although Buyer is not required to use the Preferred Lender to purchase a home, this promotional financing is available only to qualified buyers obtaining financing through the Preferred Lender. The 2.99% introductory interest rate is fixed for the first five years of a 30-year loan term—not for the entire loan term.
